




FOOD ENGINEER Montana Natural EIRL invites food engineering professionals who are graduates or final-cycle students to apply for the position to join our team and contribute to improving and strengthening our quality and food safety processes. Requirements: Graduate or final-cycle student of Food Engineering. Solid knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Knowledge and experience with HACCP. Ability to implement and improve food safety and quality systems. Desirable experience in production plants or food industry (not mandatory). Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team. Main Responsibilities: Implement and supervise compliance with GMP. Support the implementation and monitoring of the HACCP system. Perform quality controls on processes and products. Prepare reports and technical documentation. Propose improvements to ensure food safety. Work Mode: On-site Work Location: Puente Piedra – Rosa Luz Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch break) and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site job
