ACADEMIC BACKGROUND * Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related fields. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * 3 years in the metal-mechanical industry KNOWLEDGE * Reading and interpretation of AutoCAD drawings * Quantity surveying and preparation of Budgets * Must live near **Puente Piedra or neighboring districts** FUNCTIONS * Assist in the preparation of project budgets, quotations, and unit price analysis (UPA). * Perform quantity surveying and calculation of quantities based on drawings and technical specifications. * Update databases of materials, material costs, labor, and equipment. * Request and collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare cost comparisons and analysis reports. * Assist in the preparation of valued schedules. * Collaborate in the review of budgets submitted by contractors or third parties. * Archive and maintain organized technical documentation related to budgets. * Participate in technical visits for data collection in the field (when required). * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
