**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum of **2 years' experience in an accounting firm**. * Intermediate-level Google Drive spreadsheet skills, with analytical capability. * Intermediate-level Office and Excel skills. * Strong writing skills. * Knowledge of labor-related topics: payroll and labor benefits, AFPNET, PLAME, PDTs, SIRE, and SISCONT. * Age: between 25 and 35 years old. * Preference for candidates residing near Cabitos Train Station (Óvalo Higuereta). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control, payment, and filing of withholdings, tax retentions, and perceptions. * Bank reconciliation control and analysis of accounting accounts. * Support in preparing financial statements. * Preparation of financial reports. * Support in tax refund procedures before SUNAT. * Responding to requests from SUNAT, SUNAFIL, and other regulatory bodies. * Submission of electronic accounting books. * Maintain effective communication and demonstrate proactivity, responsibility, organization, and teamwork.
