ELEVATOR, PLATFORM, AND ESCALATOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Position Summary: Perform comprehensive maintenance and mechanical/electronic repairs on elevators, escalators, and lifting equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Diagnosis and reporting of equipment issues \*Perform comprehensive maintenance on elevators, escalators, and other lifting equipment, complying with Quality and Safety standards. REQUIREMENTS: \_ Education: Technical graduate or degree holder in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Machinery Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics/Electricity, Automation, or related fields. \_ Experience: 3 years in the relevant specialty \_ Valid driver's license class A1 \_ Preferred familiarity with industrial, hydraulic, and electrical machinery operation \_ Age: between 25 and 35 years old RESPONSIBILITIES: \_ Perform monthly maintenance on elevators and lifting equipment and verify proper equipment operation to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction. \_ Execute mechanical and/or electronic repairs on elevators. \_ Preferred proficiency in console operation. \_ Diagnose issues in assigned equipment under supervisor direction to identify replacement parts required and report them to the Operations Department. \_ Report executed work and details of completed tasks to the Operations Department for maintenance activity tracking. \_ Submit reports on completed work, required spare parts, and pending tasks to monitor progress on assigned maintenance activities. \_ Ensure and implement order and cleanliness in the work area to meet quality standards.
