




**Requirements** * Technical or university studies in accounting or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in accounting functions. * Basic or intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of petty cash, issuance of vouchers, and accounting records. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to multitask. **Responsibilities** * Record income, expenses, and accounting transactions in the assigned system or templates. * Organize and keep up-to-date vouchers, invoices, and account statements. * Support bank reconciliations, accounting reports, and control dashboards. * Manage supplier payments and support collection processes. * Maintain physical and digital files organized and updated. * Perform general administrative tasks: calendar management, emails, and coordination of procedures. * Accounting support for monthly processes or closings. * Preparation and filing of invoices, receipts, and vouchers. * Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Verification of accounting and tax documentation. * Recording and control of accounting transactions. * Review of documents submitted by staff (e.g., travel expense substantiation). * And other duties. **Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Must reside in areas near the Southern Cone or** **Office located in Santiago de Surco.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
