Part of the world's first Amazon-themed park **Job Objective** Provide technical and operational support to the engineering department in the development, review, and execution of building projects, contributing to the preparation of drawings, cost estimates, budgets, and technical coordination, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project objectives. **Experience** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Civil Engineering. * Experience in building projects (preferred). * Experience supporting technical offices, preparing drawings, and performing quantity take-offs (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Technical Office knowledge: * Cost estimation and budgeting. * Quantity take-off preparation. * Unit price analysis (UPA). * Proficiency in technical drawing. * Software proficiency: * AutoCAD (mandatory). * Civil 3D (preferred). * Knowledge of electrical and sanitary installations for buildings. * Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and specialty drawings. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and updating technical drawings. * Perform quantity take-offs and support cost and budget preparation. * Provide support to the technical office department. * Assist in the technical review of building projects. * Coordinate with various departments involved in project development. * Assist in preparing technical reports and construction documentation. * Comply with directives and guidelines established by management. **We Offer** * Excellent work environment * Market-competitive salary * Opportunity to be part of the world's first Amazon-themed park Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
