We are looking for a **Construction Coordinator** to lead and coordinate the operational execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with the schedule, technical quality, and proper coordination among involved departments. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project monitoring, coordinating with the Site Manager, Technical Office, Project Control, support departments, as well as supervision and external entities. **Requirements** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** (mandatory). * Minimum of **5 years’ experience in construction project execution**. * Experience in roles involving **coordination, supervision, or support to site management**. * Fieldwork experience and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of the **State Procurement Law and OECE regulations (Law No. 32069)** applicable to public works. * Knowledge of basic construction and safety regulations. * Basic knowledge of quantity surveying and work item breakdowns. * Proficiency in **Excel at intermediate level**. * Desirable: proficiency in **ERP 10 software**. * Training in construction project management and coordination, blueprint reading, Occupational Health and Safety, and construction scheduling and control.
