We are looking for an experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a professional or technician in Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of work experience in the area. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate their knowledge and skills in managing industrial cleaning operations. Functions: * Continuously evaluate the Industrial Cleaning Management System to correct detected deviations regarding human, material, time, and other factors. * Monitor the execution of tasks according to the daily work plan, managing and timely allocating the necessary resources for scheduled activities. * Lead the development of the industrial cleaning work plan based on scheduled frequencies (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and/or annual), including forecasting the required resources for implementation. * Provide support to operational staff for the proper execution of assigned tasks, based on technical knowledge and experience. * Supervise the proper operation of equipment used in cleaning tasks. * Professional in Engineering or related field. * Degree holder with active professional registration. * Work schedule: 5x2. * Minimum of 2 years of work experience in industrial cleaning. * Knowledge of industrial cleaning management systems. * Ability to lead and manage work teams. * Capacity to plan and organize tasks. * Knowledge of the use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment.
