Proficiency in specialized software (Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, S10) We are looking for a **Valuation Specialist** responsible for preparing, recording, and tracking technical and administrative requirements of construction projects, ensuring their consistency with the technical file, budget, and execution schedule. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered **Civil Engineer**. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in valuation of **public works**. * Experience in public building projects (schools, hospitals, institutes, or universities). * Solid knowledge of: * Contractual and additional valuations * Quantity take-offs and unit cost analysis * Physical and financial progress control * State Procurement Law and OSCE regulations * Proficiency in tools: * Intermediate/advanced Excel * AutoCAD * MS Project (desirable) * S10 software Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per hour Work location: On-site employment
