We are looking for a **Chef with experience in seafood cooking**, passionate about gastronomy and committed to quality and teamwork. Main Responsibilities: * Preparing mise en place. * Preparing cold and hot seafood dishes. * Cleaning and organizing the kitchen area. * Supporting various kitchen areas as required by operations. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef. * Prior experience in gastronomic restaurants is desirable. * Culinary studies (in progress, incomplete, or completed). * Valid health certificate. * Residency in nearby areas. * Proactive, responsible person with the ability to work under pressure. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Rotating days off between Monday and Thursday.
