Job Summary:
We are seeking an EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities related to occupational safety and health, environmental protection, and road safety, implementing prevention programs and ensuring compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise safety, occupational health, and environmental matters.
2. Implement occupational risk prevention programs.
3. Provide continuous training and career development paths.
Requirements:
\- **Reside in PISCO**
\- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
\- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SSOMA or HSE Supervisor, including at least 1 year in transportation companies (preferred).
\- Diploma in SSOMA or HSE, safety policies, and safe work standards (preferred).
\- Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Law and related regulations.
\- Familiarity with international management standards ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
\- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Job Responsibilities:
\- Supervise and coordinate activities related to occupational safety and health and environmental protection.
\- Ensure compliance with client-mandated standards regarding safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and road safety for all company operations.
\- Implement and maintain occupational risk prevention programs, including training sessions and preventive measures.
\- Investigate and report workplace accidents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
\- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and verify implementation of safety, occupational health, environmental, and road safety initiatives.
\- Supervise and monitor safety, occupational health, environmental, and road safety plans and programs.
\- Direct the implementation of internal standards, procedures, and regulations across operations.
\- Report SSOMA-HSE regulatory non-compliances to all organizational levels.
\- Train and educate staff according to the Safety Training Plan.
\- Analyze, investigate, and report incidents, accidents, and substandard conditions.
\- Supervise and monitor compliance with SSOMA-related procedures, plans, and regulations.
\- Assess environmental impacts of operational activities.
\- Conduct route analyses based on hazard and risk identification.
