Job Summary: We are seeking a Lathe Operator to operate conventional and CNC lathes, interpret drawings, and perform machining of parts, ensuring precision and compliance with industrial safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of conventional and CNC lathes 2. Interpretation of mechanical drawings and technical specifications 3. Verification of dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate conventional and/or CNC lathes. * Interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. * Perform machining of metallic and non-metallic parts. * Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with industrial safety standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a lathe operator. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings. * Familiarity with measuring instruments. * Knowledge of welding and milling is desirable (but not mandatory). * Responsible, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits. * Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Experience: * Milling lathe operator: 2 years (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
