Position **Freelance Recruiter / Field and Mass Recruiter** Objective Manage recruitment and selection processes to fill over 250 technical positions for an industrial project located in Pisco. Profiles to Recruit * Mechanical Technicians * Electrical Technicians * Electronics Technicians * 3G/4G and 6G Welders * HVAC Technicians * Predictive Inspectors * Lubrication Technicians * Industrial Maintenance Personnel Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Mass recruitment experience preferred. * Experience recruiting industrial, mining, construction, or maintenance profiles preferred. * Proficiency in job boards and social media. * Proficiency in telephone and virtual interviews. * Ability to work by objectives and handle high-volume workloads. Work Modality * Remote. * Flexible hours. * Temporary project with potential for continuation. Responsibilities * Posting job advertisements. * Proactive candidate sourcing. * Resume screening. * Telephone interviews. * Candidate follow-up. * Coordination of assessments and documentation. * Achievement of weekly coverage targets.
