Job stability based on performance **COMEDSA Engineering and Construction**, a leading company in the metallurgical-mechanical sector, is seeking **(01) DISPATCH COORDINATOR – located 10 minutes from Ovalo Zapallal**. **JOB MISSION**: Responsible for coordinating and supervising the dispatch of metal structures, documentation, and materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * 1. Physically verify and control the quantity and type of finished and in-process components. * 2. Coordinate with the production department to meet delivery schedules, monitor progress status, and estimate completion dates. * 3. Jointly review, with the quality department, compliance with standards and specifications prior to material dispatch. * 4. Prepare required dispatch documentation: waybills, cargo manifests, labels, checklists, etc. * 5. Ensure each shipment includes all documents required by the project or requested by the client. * 6. Timely record all dispatch movements in the ERP system or software. * 7. Plan material transportation according to project priority and truck availability. * 8. Coordinate loading schedules with the logistics department to meet established dispatch timelines. * 9. Supervise proper stowing, packaging, and protection of structures during loading and transportation to ensure their integrity. * 10. Perform other duties assigned by the plant manager. * 11.
