Position Summary: Implement and manage the SSOMA Management System, including the development and enforcement of safety, occupational health, and environmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities: \* Implement the SSOMA Management System for the company and ensure its compliance. \* Develop and execute scheduled activities outlined in the company's Annual Safety Program (e.g., drills, inspections at each site, training sessions, SST meetings, campaigns, audits, etc.). \* Develop and enforce safety management documents, such as work procedures (for administrative and operational areas) and SSOMA forms (RISST, baseline IPER, PETS, IPERC, Operational Procedures, safety considerations, etc.), in compliance with applicable regulations. \* Develop and update organizational policies, standards, and procedures for safety, occupational health, environment, and quality. \* Coordinate with other organizational departments to ensure implementation and compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality policies, standards, and procedures. \* Raise awareness among company personnel regarding quality management, safety management, occupational health, and environmental management to achieve employee understanding and commitment, and verify compliance. \* Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
