We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst to join a solid organization committed to excellence and compliance with international standards. **Responsibilities:** * Weekly Payroll Preparation: Execute calculation and validation of the weekly payroll specific to blue-collar staff, considering agricultural daily wages and bonuses through the Nisira system. * Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Timely registration of hires and terminations both in the T\-Register (SUNAT) and the internal Nisira system. * Social Benefits Calculation: Determine liquidations of labor benefits (LBS), bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and vacation pay, ensuring compliance with current agricultural labor law. * Vacation and Contract Management: Administer blue-collar workers’ vacation schedule and track, renew, and control employment contracts. * AFP Validations: Manage declarations and payments via AFPnet, resolve inconsistencies, and validate employee data. * Employee Support: Address and resolve worker inquiries regarding payslips, deposits, and other labor\-legal matters. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within the agro-industrial sector. * Software: Proficiency in payroll-specific ERP systems and intermediate-level Excel. * Knowledge: Peruvian labor legislation (Agricultural Regime), PLAME, and T\-Register. * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * Accommodation / Commuting assistance. * Other corporate benefits.
