As a Laboratory Analyst at Chata \- Tambo de Mora Chincha, you will play a crucial role in performing chemical analyses, ensuring quality control, and supporting our research and development efforts. * Perform chemical analyses using various analytical techniques and laboratory equipment. * Collect, prepare, and process samples for testing and analysis. * Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. * Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols. * Record, analyze, and interpret test results using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). * Prepare detailed reports and present findings to team members and supervisors. * Collaborate with other laboratory staff to optimize processes and improve efficiency. * Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Assist in the development and implementation of new analytical methods as needed. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field. * Previous experience working in a laboratory, preferably in chemical analysis. * Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and performing analytical techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy. * Strong ability to analyze and interpret data. * Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). * Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. * Solid organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. * Knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory safety protocols. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with chemical analysis methods and laboratory procedures. * Laboratory safety certifications (preferred). * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. **Additional Information** * Formal employment from day one. * Life insurance as per legal requirements. * Ongoing training. * Corporate agreements.
