Job Summary: We are seeking a Hostess or Promoter to welcome customers, promote services, manage raffles and prize redemptions, ensuring a positive and secure experience in the gaming hall. Key Responsibilities: 1. Welcome and motivate customers with promotions and raffles. 2. Monitor customer service in the gaming hall. 3. Manage prize redemptions and report suspicious situations. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of experience as a HOSTESS or PROMOTER. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Welcome customers in the gaming hall and communicate promotions. \- Monitor the service provided to customers currently playing in the gaming hall. \- Make public address announcements regarding raffles, promotions, and prizes, according to instructions from the Gaming Hall Manager, in a manner that motivates and excites customers. \- Redeem showcase prizes for tickets and/or accumulated points. \- Report suspicious behavior observed among customers or gaming hall staff to the Security Agent and Gaming Hall Manager to prevent or minimize risks.
