Coordinate and control daily operations, from inventory to maintenance RESTAURANT ADMINISTRATOR POSITION PROFILE A prominent restaurant company (Peruvian seafood restaurant) is seeking 1 Restaurant Administrator. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields (in progress, incomplete, or completed). Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (restaurant industry). Willingness to work in Chincha Alta. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with one day off per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the brand's Executive Chef to ensure proper performance of duties. Coordinate, review, and control daily operations, from inventory management to equipment maintenance. Supervise and guarantee guest experience through service quality, product quality, and infrastructure. Ensure appropriate staffing levels across all restaurant departments. Manage and control operational costs and expenses. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding food safety and labor standards. Supervise, direct, and lead the restaurant operations team, ensuring adherence to personal attributes and quality standards. Ensure implementation of company policies to achieve organizational objectives. Other duties inherent to the position.
