Requirements: \- **Reside in PISCO** \- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum of 01 year of experience as an SSOMA or HSE Supervisor, including at least 1 year in transportation companies (desirable). \- Postgraduate diploma in SSOMA or HSE, safety policies, and safe work standards (desirable). \- Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Law and other related regulations. \- Familiarity with international management standards ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. \- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Job Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate activities related to occupational health, safety, and the environment. \- Ensure compliance with client requirements regarding safety, occupational health, environment, and road safety in the company's operations. \- Implement and maintain occupational risk prevention programs, including training and preventive measures. \- Investigate and report workplace accidents, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. \- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and verify the implementation of aspects related to safety, occupational health, environment, and road safety. \- Supervise and control safety, occupational health, environmental, and road safety plans and programs. \- Direct the execution of internal standards, procedures, and regulations within operations. \- Report SSOMA-HSE regulatory deviations to all levels of the organization. \- Train and educate personnel according to the safety training plan. \- Analyze, investigate, and report incidents, accidents, and substandard conditions. \- Supervise and monitor compliance with procedures, plans, and regulations related to SSOMA. \- Evaluate environmental impacts of activities. \- Conduct route analyses based on hazard and risk identification.
