Job Summary: We are seeking a Shared Services Assistant to manage staff meal services, coordinate events, and ensure service tracking for Vanguard International Corporate Group. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages staff meal services and coordinates with suppliers. 2. Coordinates the execution of events and additional services. 3. Tracks service records and billing. Vanguard International Corporate Group, present in 9 countries with over 10 years of experience in table grape production, export, and marketing, is seeking top talent for the position of: SHARED SERVICES ASSISTANT - PISCO REQUIREMENTS: Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or professional in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience or related experience in similar roles. Intermediate level proficiency in Excel. Willingness to work in Pisco. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and manage information related to staff meal services. Verify daily meal quantities and coordinate with the supplier to ensure proper distribution across each site, guaranteeing timely service coverage. Report any incidents related to meal services to the immediate supervisor. Manage additional meal services, such as coffee breaks, executive lunches, and special requests. Coordinate and facilitate the proper execution of events requested by user departments, ensuring appropriate ambiance and provision of meal services. Validate and perform daily tracking of meal service attendance records per site through the AGRO+ system. Consolidate weekly report data for billing staff meal services for administrative and field personnel. Track follow-up on observations regarding working conditions identified by Talent Management operational departments. Respond promptly to inquiries related to reservation and delivery of services.
