Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Assistant to verify documentation, vehicle conditions, and support the safe transfer of staff, ensuring order and smooth circulation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verify documentation and transportation schedules 2. Ensure optimal conditions and safety of vehicles 3. Support staff transfer and internal distribution Grupo Vanguard Internacional, present in 9 countries with over 30 years of experience in production, export, and marketing of table grapes, is searching for top talent: TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT - PISCO REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Administration and International Business. 6 months of experience in similar positions. Basic proficiency in MS Office. Residence in Pisco (mandatory) · RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily verification of transportation documentation compliance and pickup schedules for all stops assigned per route across various operational units. Daily verification of optimal conditions of transportation vehicles to ensure normal transport of all operational staff and employees to all company operational units. Support smooth bus transit and internal staff transfer distribution from security checkpoints to production plots across all company operational units. Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department to verify minimum safety requirements for all transportation vehicles across all operational units (OHS checklist completion). Support the payroll department during staff departure and boarding onto transportation vehicles to maintain order and normal bus circulation across all company operational units. Support daily collection of personnel control forms per bus retained by security surveillance, to be delivered to transportation billing assistants.
