Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMAC Supervisor to monitor and conduct safety talks, inspections, audits, and participate in the development of management documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the execution of 5-minute safety talks 2. Verify compliance with operational controls 3. REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS Base salary: S/ 3360 + Overtime pay Family allowance: S/.113 Payroll enrollment from day one All statutory benefits KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in and monitor the execution of 5-minute safety talks across various departments. Perform other duties beneficial to production, quality, environment, safety, and objective achievement. Verify compliance with operational controls related to quality, environment, and safety. Resolve issues on-site. Participate in and deliver training as per the safety, environmental, and quality programs — SIG, SSOMA. Conduct inspections and audits as established by the company, including behavioral observations, task observations, reporting, inspections, and preparation of regular SSOMA-SIG statistics or any assigned reports; maintain the corrective/preventive action tracking matrix up to date. Participate in developing company documentation according to the Management System to standardize company processes, such as: IPERC matrices, AEIA, Occupational Health and Safety Plans, Environmental Management Plan, and ensure follow-up. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING — OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ENGINEERING — LABOR SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING — INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE AND SAFETY ENGINEERING — CHEMICAL ENGINEERING — ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING and/or related fields. Reside in Pisco or nearby areas. Minimum 1 year of experience as an SSOMA/HSE/HSEQ PREVENTIONIST — ENVIRONMENTAL/SST/SSO/HSE/SSOMA SUPERVISOR — SSOMA/HSEQ/ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY ANALYST. Availability to work Monday through Saturday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Availability to work at the plant site. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
