If you wish to join us and become part of a great team, this is the place for you! **What Will Be Your Mission and Key Responsibilities?** Manage the employee payroll calculation process, related documentation, and post-payroll activities, in accordance with established policies, procedures, protocols, current labor legislation, and schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Review payroll accounting, settlements, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), profits, vacation advances, and other employee-related items, in accordance with established policies, procedures, protocols, current labor legislation, and schedules. * Consolidate payment and fund flow information for payroll compliance dashboards, ensuring timely delivery of information. * Centralize payroll journal entries, accounting provisions, cost distribution and analysis, and account analysis, in accordance with established procedures, protocols, and schedules. * Prepare reports, generate required information, and provide such to the Payroll Manager and/or Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Compensation Administration, for statistical purposes, analysis, indicator development, responding to audit or inspection requests related to payroll, in accordance with specified formats and schedules. * Perform weekly MO distribution \- Distribution of contributions / indirect concepts, ensuring correct allocation. * Present and review monthly account analysis, indicators, to ensure adherence to the defined calendar. * Execute accounting treatment for special payments (Suma, loans, IDA, etc.) to ensure crediting on the scheduled date. * Reconcile payroll versus trial balance (Accounts 14, 16, 18, 40, 41, 62\), reconcile payments versus PLAME expenses, AFP contributions, judicial withholdings, EPS, insurance, cafeterias, etc., ensuring information reliability. * Consolidate account analyses across all corporate entities, ensuring timely delivery of information. REQUIREMENTS **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or certified graduate in Accounting (Mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar functions in the agro-industrial sector. * Knowledge of PLAME and AFP NET. * Accounting knowledge focused on payroll policies and procedures. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; high empathy capacity; assertive communication and conflict resolution skills. * Intermediate SAP and Power BI proficiency.
