




We are a Consulting and Construction company currently looking for a **Female Candidate for MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT** to work on-site at our office in the district of **Puente Piedra**, from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturdays 8\.30am to 1pm. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. * Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in other companies. * Experience working in public entities and/or consultants or construction contractors **(Desirable)** * Preferably residing in nearby areas (COMAS, INDEPENDENCIA, LOS OLIVOS, CARABAYLLO, PUENTE PIEDRA). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist with procedures required by the Manager * Provide administrative support to various departments within the company, among others **PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:** * Proficient in Excel. * Organized. * Effective communication skills. * Teamwork. * Proactive and detail-oriented. * Punctual and responsible.
