Currently, we are looking for the best talents for the position of: Personal Loans Team Leader Key Responsibilities: \- Prepare monthly Sales Forecasts, monitoring weekly sales and managing daily progress. \- Train according to guidelines based on credit policies. \- Analyze and organize each executive's schedule and movements regarding their daily activities. \- Develop training and onboarding programs for the entire sales force.
