If you want to join us and become part of a great team, this is the place for you! **What Will Be Your Mission and Key Responsibilities?** Assist in executing accounting processes and recording financial transactions by providing administrative support to the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate information to support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in recording payment vouchers and invoices in the accounting system to ensure accounts payable remain up-to-date and information integrity is maintained. * Record cash and bank movements through bank statement reconciliations to ensure the accounting balance reflects actual cash availability. * Support preparation of tax returns and electronic accounting books to comply with tax and regulatory obligations set by supervisory authorities. * Execute filing and document control of accounting supporting documents for operations to facilitate internal and external audit processes with organized information. * Assist in data entry for monthly accounting closings under the supervision of your immediate supervisor to contribute to delivering financial statements within established deadlines. * Validate that accounting records comply with internal policies and basic IFRS standards to ensure financial information is standardized and free from material errors. REQUIREMENTS **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing similar functions in the agro-industrial sector. * Basic knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Familiarity with tax withholdings, retentions, and collections. * Recording of accounting entries and account analysis. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic SAP knowledge. * High capacity for empathy, assertive communication, and conflict resolution. * Availability to work at our Pisco headquarters. **CORE COMPETENCIES** Proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, methodical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, positive attitude, and teamwork orientation. **LOCATION** Pisco, Peru. *At Surexport, we value diversity as a strategic asset and commit to equal opportunity across all our selection processes.
