Digital and Web Marketing Assistant (On-site – Chincha) At MP Construye, an engineering and construction company, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and innovative professional interested in contributing to the marketing department in launching and positioning our new website, providing technical support and executing content and SEO digital strategies. Responsibilities * Collaborate in market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends. * Analyze and research customer profiles and behavior (especially in the B2B channel). * Organize and classify visual and textual materials (photos, videos, project descriptions). * Collaborate in structuring, organizing, and maintaining the website (Wix or WordPress). * Write texts with a commercial focus and apply basic SEO principles. * Support reviewing website structure and usability (basic UX/UI knowledge is valued, not required). * Assist in monitoring the website using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console). * Collaborate in creating content for corporate social media. * Support digital positioning efforts and basic campaigns under guidance from the marketing team. * Monitor and report website results (traffic, leads, conversions) to support decision-making after launch. * Collaborative Spirit: Provide proactive and timely support to various departments (Sales, Administration, and Management) in specific operational or administrative tasks, such as initial customer service, preparation of preliminary quotations, or coordination with suppliers. Requirements * Graduate with a technical or university degree (bachelor's or licentiate) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content, or similar roles; alternatively, relevant courses or specializations related to the position. * Solid understanding of On-Page SEO fundamentals (keywords, URL structure, image optimization) and content marketing. * Practical experience, even at a personal project level, applying basic UX/UI principles to improve website usability. * Basic knowledge of web platforms (preferably Wix or WordPress). * General knowledge of B2B digital prospecting and B2B sales funnels. * Basic proficiency with tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Illustrator, or Premiere for creating graphic materials when necessary.
