Position Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Quality Assistant responsible for monitoring and analyzing the quality of coffee and cocoa, supervising export batches and samples. Key Highlights: 1. Analyzing product quality according to coffee and cocoa standards An exporting company specializing in coffee and cocoa is seeking a NIGHT SHIFT QUALITY ASSISTANT. Requirements: \- Graduates of technical or university programs in agronomy, chemistry, food science, or related fields. \- Experience in the food industry. \- Availability to work the night shift. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: \- Monitor and track the quality of batches received from Collection Centers. \- Analyze product quality according to classification forms and standards for cocoa and/or coffee. \- Batch products by type in coordination with the warehouse, following company procedures for proper storage. \- Monitor drying during the production of export batches. \- Prepare and supervise samples for customer shipments. \- Conduct sampling of incoming and outgoing batches.
