Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Inspector for our Grading Plant to support daily production control, input sampling, temperature recording, and cleaning verification. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in sampling, recording, and controlling production inputs. 2. Support daily production control and sampling. 3. Verify compliance with the cleaning and hygiene control program. About Us: LA CALERA LA CALERA is a prestigious Peruvian egg marketing company currently seeking: Quality Inspector / Grading Plant Worker – Calera Requirements: Technical or university degree in Chemical Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields. Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Public Health Standards (PHS), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience in Document Management. Basic/Intermediate Excel skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control. Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Support daily production control and sampling (packed and bulk products). Collaborate in sampling, recording, and controlling production inputs. Record production area temperatures and report deviations. Support verification of cleaning program compliance. Record personnel hygiene control (GMP). Provide support in updating labels (bags and/or trays). Coordinate with the quality team for tracking inputs and processes. Support SAP-based tracking of input withdrawals. Collaborate in tracking blocks and rejections. Perform other duties assigned by management. Benefits: Full payroll registration.
