We are growing and seeking to hire an ***Administrative and Collections Assistant*** for our operations in Pisco. **Main Responsibilities** * Weigh incoming and outgoing materials/products at the quarry. * Maintain records of entries and exits in the database. * Manage collection of daily sales. * Administer petty cash for operational payments. * Perform daily cash reconciliation. * Prepare daily sales and product movement reports. * Support management of iron crushing services. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of basic administrative and financial management. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Skills: teamwork, proactivity, communication, analytical ability, and problem-solving. **Benefits:** * Full payroll benefits starting from day one. * Meals provided (breakfast and lunch). * Daily transportation covered. * Accommodation provided if you do not reside in the area.
