Join the best team and transcend as a **Continuous Improvement Analyst**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Identify improvement opportunities in operational and administrative processes. * Develop optimization projects using Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies. * Facilitate Kaizen workshops, 5S, and rapid improvement events. * Implement Lean tools such as 5S, DMS, SMED, TPM, Poka\-Yoke, and Andon. * Analyze operational data and prepare process performance reports. * Document and standardize best practices. * Facilitate root cause analysis and action plans. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement. * Coordinate and train staff on continuous improvement methodologies. * Manage cost-reduction and resource-optimization projects. * Promote the culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. * Perform other duties assigned by the higher management hierarchy. **What qualifications do we require?** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Continuous Improvement Analyst, Process Analyst, or Production/Quality/Engineering Assistant or Analyst within textile companies. * Proficiency in statistical tools, Lean Manufacturing (5S, DMS, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM, Poka\-Yoke), data analysis, and project management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Power BI (mandatory). **What key competencies are we looking for?** Analytical thinking, innovation, autonomy in performing duties, proactivity, effective communication. **What benefits do we offer?** \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \- Training programs and educational agreements. \- Health campaigns. \- Profit-sharing.
