Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior SSOMA Engineer to supervise field activities and ensure compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) and environmental standards, while preparing reports and conducting training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field and plant safety and environmental supervision 2. Preparation of SSOMA reports and training sessions 3. Up-to-date maintenance of IPER and ATS matrices GRUPO ROJAS INGENIEROS S.A.C. is looking for top talent eager to join our family as a Junior SSOMA Engineer. Mandatory Requirements: Reside in Chincha or nearby areas Work Location: Chincha Alta Willingness to travel JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise all field activities and/or tasks to ensure compliance with OSH and environmental standards. * Prepare reports on actions taken to fulfill the SSOMA work plan. * Submit daily activity reports. * Conduct OSH talks and training prior to site opening and commencement of work to fulfill the OSH work plan. * Develop and update the IPER matrix for the service under supervision to prevent occupational accidents. * Maintain up-to-date IPERC matrices and ATS for each position. * Supervise compliance with safety and environmental standards at the plant. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by direct management to achieve departmental objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering * 2 years of experience as an SSOMA, SIG, or Occupational Safety Supervisor (or related role) * Class A1 driver's license (preferred) * Preferred background in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Occupational Risk Prevention, etc. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, BASC * Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (IPERC). * Proficiency in use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. * Willingness to travel **Benefits:** * **Formal employment registration with statutory benefits effective from day one** * **Market-competitive remuneration** * **Learning opportunities and an excellent team environment** **Employment Type: Full-time** **Application Instructions:** Send an updated CV indicating in the subject line: **Junior SOMMA Engineer** rrhh.gring@gmail.com Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
