Proficiency in installing passive fire protection systems **JOB DESCRIPTION:** PROSECOR is seeking an **Assembly Operator Specialist**, expert in dry construction and industrial partitioning systems, to carry out passive fire protection work on an EPC project within a hydrocarbon processing plant (*brownfield*) in Pisco. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate or certified practical training in Civil Construction, Metal Carpentry, Drywall (Industrial Drywall) Installation, or related fields. * Minimum three (03\) years of certified experience as an Assembly Operator in Oil \& Gas, Mining, or Energy sector projects. * Experience working in *brownfield* environments (operating plants), with extreme precision when working around interferences and live electrical lines. * Strong ability to read detailed drawings, modularize structures, and operate portable power tools (screwdrivers, cutting saws). * Availability to work under a local regime in the city of Pisco. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Advantages):** * Proven specific experience in cutting and assembling **PROMAT-line fibrosilicate boards (e.g., PROMATECT\-H)**. * Knowledge of technical installation of *Fire\-Stop* systems for cable penetrations, using intumescent blocks (PROMASTOP\-B) and elastic silicone sealants (PROMASEAL\-S). **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Install metal supporting structures around cable trays, securing 50x50 mm angle profiles or metal studs without damaging existing cabling. * Perform custom cutting and assembly of non-combustible enclosures, anchoring fibrosilicate boards to the structure using centrally located screws rigidly spaced every 200 mm. * Construct necessary control and expansion joints, filling strictly 9 mm peripheral gaps with elastic silicone sealant to prevent smoke leakage. * Thermally seal penetrations and cable entries/exits into electrical rooms using approved firestop blocks and intumescent sealants rated for RF\-30\. * Strictly comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols for elevated work on scaffolding and adhere daily to the High-Risk Work Permit (PTAR). **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Competitive market remuneration for industrial assembly specialists. * Top-tier equipment and participation in a high-technical-demand corporate project.
