Safe and efficient operation of mortar spraying machines. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** PROSECOR is seeking a **Fireproof Mortar Operator (Shotcreter)** with proven experience operating industrial spraying equipment to carry out work on an EPC Passive Fire Protection project at a hydrocarbon processing plant (*brownfield*) located in Pisco. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Technician graduate or possessing certified practical training in industrial coating application, *shotcrete*, or special mortar projection. * Minimum three (03\) years’ certified experience operating mortar spraying pumps (rotor\-stator type or heavy\-duty *airless* systems such as Graco ToughTek or Putzmeister) in Oil \& Gas, Mining, or Energy sector projects. * Experience working in *brownfield* environments (operational plants) and on multidirectional scaffolding. * Technical knowledge of assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance of hoses, nozzles, and projection equipment. * Availability to work under an on\-site employment regime in the city of Pisco. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Advantages):** * Proven specific experience in spraying **lightweight cementitious mortars from the ISOLATEK line (e.g., CAFCO FENDOLITE M\-II/P)**. * Knowledge of air pressure calibration to control the density of sprayed material (range: 800\-881\~kg/m³). **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate the mortar spraying machine safely and efficiently, ensuring uniform application of material onto steel structures (columns, beams, eaves) to achieve the required thickness for RF\-90 rating. * Coordinate with laborer\/assistant to ensure correct water and dry powder dosing in the mixer, thereby guaranteeing optimal product cohesion prior to pumping. * Minimize overspray (*rebound*) and material waste through appropriate spraying techniques and nozzle control. * Apply the polymer\-based moisture\-resistant topcoat (*Topcoat*) onto cured mortar using appropriate tools. * Strictly comply with the use of specialized Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), especially respiratory protection systems, and adhere fully to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations stipulated in the Work Permit (PTAR). **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Competitive remuneration above market standards, commensurate with technical specialization. * Participation in a high\-level project utilizing state\-of\-the\-art machinery and equipment.
