Opportunity for growth and learning in specialty coffee BARISTA – PUERTO CAFÉ PARACAS ☕ At Puerto Café, we are looking for a Barista passionate about specialty coffee and customer service. Requirements: \* Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista. \* Knowledge of espresso extraction, calibration, and milk texturing. \* Excellent customer service skills. \* Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. \* Availability to work in Paracas. Responsibilities: \* Preparation of hot and cold coffee-based beverages. \* Customer service and consultation. \* Maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area. \* Basic inventory control and support in daily operations. \* Adherence to quality and service standards. Typical barista responsibilities include preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining equipment and the work area in optimal condition.
