Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to develop and acquire new customers through commercial visits and follow-up activities, establishing long-term business relationships. Proactivity, perseverance, and results orientation GRUPO ROJAS INGENIEROS S.A.C. is currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to strengthen our customer portfolio and expand our commercial presence. POSITION OBJECTIVE To develop and acquire new customers through fieldwork, commercial visits, follow-up, and sales closure, thereby building long-term business relationships. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct fieldwork and commercial visits. * Acquire and prospect new customers. * Visit mechanical workshops, lube centers, automotive stores, spare parts shops, motorcycle repair shops, hardware stores, companies, and related businesses. * Present and promote our product portfolio. * Prepare quotations, conduct follow-up, and close sales. * Maintain and retain the existing customer base. * Plan sales routes and commercial visits. * Achieve sales targets and objectives. PROFILE * 1–3 years of field sales experience. * Experience in automotive, hardware, industrial, lubricants, spare parts, motorcycles, maintenance, or related sectors. * Experience in acquiring and developing new customers. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity, perseverance, and results orientation. * Professional appearance and effective communication. * Willingness to perform fieldwork. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS VALUED Knowledge of lubricants, coolants, automotive aerosols, greases, additives, and automotive maintenance products.
