Preparation of complex diagnostics and management reports **1\.\-Main Responsibilities** · Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities. · Assign work orders to technicians according to their specialties. · Control the quality of repairs and maintenance performed. · Prepare complex technical diagnostics when necessary. · Coordinate vehicle reception and delivery to customers. · Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment. · Monitor repair times and staff productivity. · Implement occupational safety and health procedures. · Train and evaluate technical staff performance. · Prepare productivity, cost, and workshop performance reports. · Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and service procurement. · Handle customer technical inquiries and complaints. **2\. Job Requirements** 2\.1\. Academic Qualifications Certified technician or professional in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **2\.2\. Experience** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive workshops. Minimum 2 years in supervisory or managerial roles. **2\.3\. Knowledge** Automotive diagnostics. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Automotive workshop management. Inventory and spare parts management. Management indicators (KPIs). **3\. Working Conditions:** 3\.1\. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM 3\.2\. Salary: 5000 to 6000 soles **4\.
