




**Job Description** Gloria Catering and Services is an SME food concessionaire with over 15 years of experience in the market. We are currently seeking a **Chef**. The position will be based at KM 20 PANAMERICANA SUR, with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturdays from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm. **PROFILE:** * Technical training in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy, with 2 years’ experience in food concession companies. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure; communicates across all levels; demonstrates frustration tolerance and a strong drive for self-improvement. * Immediate availability. * Valid Sanitary Certificate. Key responsibilities include: **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assists in breakfast preparation. * Responsible for preparing soups, starters, and rice dishes. * Responsible for menu and à la carte dish preparation. * Executes cleaning and disinfection programs. * Performs mise en place (preparation for the following day). * Participates in the setup of prepared foods on the production line prior to service. * Coordinates with assistants to ensure timely progress of preparations. * Assists in supervising assistants’ and aides’ work. * Other duties inherent to the position.
