




Family Farms Perú is looking for the best talent for the position: Purchaser at Pisco location Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields * Intermediate Excel skills * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PURCHASER (Procurement Analyst or Assistant with decision-making responsibilities) * Proficiency in negotiation and cost analysis, supplier management, and purchase control. Responsibilities: * Monitor inventory levels and determine purchasing needs. * Coordinate and validate technical specifications of requirements with users. * Fully manage the purchasing process for the assigned product line (request quotations, evaluate supplier offers, and negotiate terms). * Generate, send, and archive purchase orders in the ERPP system, perform follow-up, and keep them updated. * Track orders to confirm or modify them (if applicable) and ensure timely deliveries. * Notify warehouse personnel upon receipt of purchased products. * Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. * Keep invoice and contract records up to date. * Verify that invoices and payment documents meet the conditions agreed upon with suppliers and forward them to the accounting department for processing. * Prepare reports on savings and supplier payments. * Conduct cost analyses. * Prepare summaries of purchases for assigned categories. * Create and update the supplier database.
