If you enjoy challenges, this is your opportunity! **Primary Job Objective:** Validate sales conducted by executives in the credit card campaign. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Listen to and evaluate audio recordings, adhering to the validation protocol. * Monitor sales performance. * Achieve assigned goals and objectives. * Comply with parameters established by our client. * Attend monthly meetings and report primary causes of observations. * Identify agents who fail to demonstrate improvement. * Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor (e.g., reporting). **WHAT WE OFFER** * Base salary: S/. 1,130 * Attendance bonus: S/. 100 * Quality bonus of up to S/. 500 * Formal employment registration and statutory benefits from the first day of work * Birthday leave day **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or incomplete bachelor’s degree, ongoing or completed, in Administration or related fields. * Minimum six months’ experience as a validator. * Call-handling experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word, intermediate level required). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. **SKILLS:** * Ability to analyze information * Ability to work under pressure * Orientation toward meeting deadlines * High level of commitment and availability Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/. 1,130.00 – S/. 1,730.00 per month Work location: On-site
