Family Farms is seeking a FIELD TRIAL ASSISTANT for a farm in Pisco Functions: * Create field activity schedules based on Supervisor's instructions. * Coordinate daily and weekly tasks with the Monitor, ensuring activities meet experimental objectives. * Train and supervise the Monitor and evaluation team in equipment handling, evaluation protocols, and data collection. * Ensure compliance with trial protocols and that all field staff are trained in their proper execution. * Conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to established protocols and personnel performance. * Supervise and ensure the quality of data collected by the Monitor and field evaluators. * Manage and control inputs and equipment required for trials (agrochemicals, tools, measuring devices, etc.).
