Career path opportunities and pleasant work environment The educational institution is currently recruiting qualified personnel for **CUSTOMER SERVICE** in the Puente Piedra district. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Intermediate Office skills; advanced proficiency preferred. * Experience as assistant or clerk handling document processing and document preparation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in educational institutions or public education sector institutions. * Proficiency in information management platforms (academic management system preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure accurate enrollment registration for both new and returning students during the current period. * Process enrollment reservations, shift transfers, and immediate student data modifications. * Handle re-enrollment, program changes, career withdrawals, and internal/external transfers. * Prepare certificates, official letters, diplomas, and other documents upon student request. * Distribute class schedules to new students: Cycle I and/or transfer students. * Verify all student data (grades and/or current account and/or attendance, as applicable) in the system prior to any academic process or procedure. * Inform parents/guardians about the academic status of their minor children upon request. * Consult with the Quality and Academic Services Management regarding enrollment of students with grade-related issues from previous semesters (applicable only to professional programs). * Process and track student-related procedures, submitting reports to Quality and Academic Services Management and Campus Directorate as appropriate. **COMPETENCIES:** * Customer Orientation * Proactivity * Teamwork * Stress Tolerance * Effective Communication **WE OFFER:** * Compensation: S/. 1,500.00 * Pleasant work environment, career development path, discount vouchers, and discounts on educational programs. * Working hours: Mon–Fri (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM) Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
