Job Summary: OSH professional responsible for implementing, monitoring, and controlling occupational safety and health in the agro-industrial sector. Key Highlights: 1. Statutory benefits and full meal coverage **Responsibilities** * Monitor the OSH Plan and Program. * Keep the Legal Requirements Matrix up to date. * Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and control determination (HIRAC). * Develop risk maps, implement emergency and evacuation plans, and draft OSH Management procedures. * Conduct periodic safety inspections in field and office locations, documenting findings and improvement proposals. * Draft, update, and manage OSH Management System documentation (policies, records, etc.). * Coordinate and deliver training sessions, inductions, and safety talks for staff. * Verify compliance with statutory OSH regulations (Law No. 29783 and its regulation, sector-specific norms, etc.). * Support internal and external OSH-related audits. Maintain updated OSH indicators. * Implement and manage OSH requirements for contractors. * Manage and procure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Provide first aid in case of incidents and accidents **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, any specialization. * Approximately two years of relevant experience in the agro-industrial sector. * Additional studies in Occupational Safety and Health. * Willingness to work in Pisco. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * 100% meal coverage. * Commuting assistance. * Other complementary benefits.
