




Position Summary: We are seeking a Zonal Supervisor to oversee comprehensive cleaning services supervision, controlling quality, safety, personnel, and operations. Key Highlights: 1. Effective communication with clients and supervisors We are **Flashman**, a labor intermediation company with **16 years** of market presence, specializing in the execution of comprehensive cleaning and environmental maintenance services. We have growing business areas; therefore, we are currently **seeking one (1\) Zonal Supervisor.** To work with us in the province of Chincha\- ICA **.** Some of the main responsibilities will include: * Supervising and ensuring that services provided to clients meet quality and safety standards. * Directing and monitoring compliance with objectives and work programs assigned by the Operations Manager for designated sites. * Daily supervision and monitoring of field activities and their implementation at assigned sites. * Coordinating and monitoring the performance of site supervisors. * Supporting the maintenance of smooth and effective communication with clients regarding service requirements. * Maintaining ongoing coordination with the Operations Manager or Operations Assistant regarding field service execution. * Preparing and submitting reports to the Operations Manager as required. * Monitoring and controlling field personnel—including work performance, attendance, and punctuality—etc. * Requesting personnel replacements due to poor performance, disciplinary issues, or other reasons, in direct coordination with site coordinators. * Supervising and ensuring compliance with the Specific Work Plan (PTE) per operational staff member at assigned sites. * Verifying stock levels and monthly material requirements for each site according to service needs. * Daily monitoring and control of staff attendance across various sites. * Supervising and managing absenteeism, as well as necessary personnel replacements. * Supervising and ensuring proper storage of cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, and accessories at operational sites. * Supervising and ensuring order and cleanliness in warehouses and/or spaces designated to our company. * Ensuring enforcement of the Internal Labor Regulations and occupational safety and health provisions. * Reporting workplace incidents and accidents, as well as substandard acts and conditions, to the immediate supervisor. * Participating in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment for own activities and those of supervised personnel. * Maintaining effective and fluent communication with company supervisors and operators. * Supervising and ensuring all operational staff wear appropriate uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Performing site supervisor duties where no such position exists at a particular service location. * Verifying and enforcing implementation of the annual Operations Training Program in the field. * Conducting new-hire Operations training and specific job-role inductions for applicants. * Providing continuous training and monitoring of adherence to cleaning procedures among staff. * Reporting daily service incidents to the Operations Assistant. * Complying with established Quality Management and Anti-Bribery Systems requirements. * Participating in SGAS-related activities including design, coordination, induction, and training. * Reporting any attempted or proposed bribery involving colleagues and/or oneself. Our ideal candidate must possess: * Higher education (completed or incomplete) * Knowledge of cleaning services. * Experience managing teams and supervising personnel, preferably within industrial companies / experience in cleaning operations supervision and control. * Competencies and skills including: adaptability to change, dynamism, conflict resolution and time management, responsibility, teamwork and personnel management, ability to work under pressure, courtesy and good interpersonal conduct, effective communication, proactivity, and leadership.
