If you possess leadership capability and a focus on efficiency, join us! **Main Responsibilities** * **Plan** daily construction and maintenance activities by assigning tasks and coordinating resources to ensure orderly and efficient execution. * **Supervise** work execution in accordance with drawings and technical specifications through direct inspection to ensure compliance with required quality standards. * **Control** the use of materials, tools, and equipment through rigorous monitoring to optimize resources and reduce costs caused by waste or misuse. * **Verify** compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, promoting the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. * **Conduct** periodic inspections and progress monitoring by identifying deviations to promptly resolve issues and maintain project advancement. * **Coordinate** with suppliers and warehouse for timely delivery of supplies through efficient logistics management to ensure availability of inputs and avoid work stoppages. * **Report** incidents and technical issues to the immediate supervisor, proposing effective solutions to facilitate decision-making and ensure continuity of works. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed secondary education (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as Construction Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Construction Crew Leader. * **Knowledge:** Ability to read blueprints and manage operational personnel. **Benefits** * **Salary:** S/ 3,200 \+ **Paid overtime, if applicable**. * **Payroll enrollment:** From day one, with all statutory benefits (General Regime). * **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Transportation:** Free shuttle service.
