Customer Management * Responsible for promoting and supervising the team to deliver an excellent shopping experience to customers. * Ensure the advisory team provides personalized treatment and expert guidance to encourage repeat purchases. * Monitor results of the "NPS of the Salesperson" indicator and take actions with the team to improve outcomes. * Address inquiries related to customer complaints concerning their departments. * Perform store openings and closings following established protocols and checklists according to the defined shift schedule. People Management * Supervise sales advisors on the floor, verify coverage and sales focus, providing positive or corrective feedback. * Actively participate in various meetings (morning, evening, management) taking improvement actions for the departments under responsibility. * Design training offerings in coordination with JDA and monitor advisor training progress. * Comply with performance evaluation policies through feedback processes and by developing development plans for supervised staff. * Create shift schedules and manage them according to labor productivity guidelines. * Promote and maintain a positive work environment within departments and ensure preventive store actions are followed. **Requirements:** Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration or related fields. **Experience:** 3+ years in person-to-person sales **Knowledge:** Team leadership, Project management Experience in sales within retail, textile, electronics, or tangible goods companies. **Offer Conditions:**
