HIRING FOR STARTING OR INCREASING BUSINESS ACTIVITY. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age between 21 and 70 years old. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in field customer management and/or intangible sales (preferably in the banking sector). * Proficient in Office at user level. * Students in related fields (Economics, Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.) or completed technical/university studies. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. (With personal time management) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Acquire clients for small business loan placements (field-based management). * Contact pre-qualified clients by phone (office-based management). * Update client visit reports during prospecting activities. * Actively participate in follow-up meetings. * Collaborate with team members to achieve established goals.
