We operate under the stringent standards of the financial sector, prioritizing technical precision, quality control, and adherence to deadlines. **Address:** Jr. Restauración 1289, Breña – Lima **Work Mode:** On-site (factory-based) **Position Type:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays: until 1:30 p.m. **Salary:** S/ 2,200 per month **Contract Terms:** – 1-month probationary period – Renewal for 1 year – MYPE payroll registration **Key Responsibilities** * Fully control and supervise the production of assigned furniture projects at the factory, ensuring strict compliance with drawings, technical guidelines, and defined standards. * Conduct daily follow-up on all production activities related to the projects, preventing execution errors and rework. * Coordinate directly and continuously with the Operations Manager and departments including carpentry, metalworking, painting, and design. * Manage and supervise personnel assigned to the project, ensuring order, task completion, and adherence to production schedules. * Promptly report deviations, delays, or issues impeding timely project completion to the Operations Manager and General Coordination. * Request materials, additional resources, and support staff in advance, subject to prior validation and approval by the Operations Manager. * Proactively verify project logistics (supply chain, timelines, internal transfers). * Validate measurements, materials, and technical specifications, making corresponding adjustments in the ERP system when required. * Support final quality control and standardization of production processes. * Attend banks or assigned institutions only when exceptionally required by the project. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Architecture (mandatory preference). * Professional registration (desirable). * Experience in production supervision, corporate furniture, interior architecture, or related projects. * Proficiency in reading technical drawings, AutoCAD, and knowledge of wood and metal materials. * Strong teamwork, control, organizational, operational leadership, and detail-oriented skills. * Minimum age: 26 years. **Application:** Send your CV via WhatsApp to **977 582 526**, indicating your availability for an interview and your possible start date.
