**Job Mission:** Produce, record, and edit high-quality audiovisual content that conveys the essence, luxury, and unique experiences of Hotel Bella Terra, reinforcing its positioning as the first five-star resort in the Peruvian Amazon and attracting national and international audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute audiovisual productions (videos, reels, capsules, spots) for advertising campaigns, social media, the hotel’s website, and other platforms. * Capture photos and videos of the hotel’s facilities, services, experiences, events, and activities—primarily during trips to Sauce. * Develop creative scripts and storyboards aligned with the brand’s visual identity and narrative. * Perform professional-standard editing and post-production (color grading, audio processing, animations, subtitling). * Manage and organize the hotel’s audiovisual library for internal and commercial use. * Coordinate with the marketing team to adapt content to ongoing campaigns. * Cover special events, promotions, and VIP guest experiences. * Propose innovative ideas to showcase the hotel from creative perspectives (e.g., drone footage, underwater shots, etc.). **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in audiovisual production, preferably in tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands. * Demonstrable experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, and lighting equipment. **Knowledge & Skills:** * Technical or university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Media Production, Film, Photography, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in editing and post-production software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). * Knowledge of photography and natural/artificial lighting techniques. * Drone operation (certification preferred). * Familiarity with social media formats and trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits. * MYPE labor regime. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Pleasant and dynamic work environment. * Covered travel expenses (transportation, accommodation, and meals) during trips to Sauce. * Access to hotel facilities for content production. * Location: Lima, Peru (with scheduled trips to Sauce, San Martín, for on-site hotel productions). * Work modality: On-site in Lima + occasional travel to the resort.
